Salmon In 20 Minutes

Salmon in 20 minutes

Fresh salmon is a key factor in healthy diet.....but how fresh is fresh?.....fresh salmon looks light pink from the inside and shiny silver grey from the outside.





Ingredients:
==========
  1. 300 gm of fresh, washed, rinsed salmon
  2. 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  3. 3 teaspoons of curry powder
  4. 1 teaspoon of salt
  5. 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  6. 4 teaspoons of white vinegar
cooking:
=======
toss all ingredients except for the fish in a bowl.....Mix them very well ....we will call it the "marinade".in a very tight oven dish (enough only for the fish size)...place the fish ....then with your full hands rub the fish thoroughly with the "marinade".

Put it in the oven on medium high heat, around
(205 C or 400 F)...uncovered for 20 minutes......done!
