SHRIMP IN A SKILLET

It is an easy fast dish yet nutritious and hearty...it starts with choosing fresh shrimp as a first step.
ingredients:

  1. 500 grams of fresh shrimp
  2. pinch of salt and pepper 
  3. pinch of tandoori spice
  4. shopped fresh green coriander
  5. drop of olive oil
cooking:
Toss a drop of live oil in a non-stick skillet...Let to heat for two minutes then add the shrimp, salt, pepper, and tandoori...Stir it all in the skillet....for 5 minutes when shrimps turn into lovely orange color.
sprinkle fresh chopped coriander over the ready cooked shrimps....that is it! done!
