SHRIMP IN A SKILLET

It is an easy fast dish yet nutritious and hearty...it starts with choosing fresh shrimp as a first step.
ingredients:
- 500 grams of fresh shrimp
- pinch of salt and pepper
- pinch of tandoori spice
- shopped fresh green coriander
- drop of olive oil
cooking:
Toss a drop of live oil in a non-stick skillet...Let to heat for two minutes then add the shrimp, salt, pepper, and tandoori...Stir it all in the skillet....for 5 minutes when shrimps turn into lovely orange color.
